We provide capital to projects through direct investments, use of management time, investments through our capital partners or a combination of these.

Competence and experience

Our core competence is business development through project management and management for hire. Our professional framework has been put to the test extensively and is continuously improved through our daily work. We provide high project quality and efficiency. From the past two decades our Managing Director Kjell Hilde has experience from

• - Business development, business and owner strategies, board activities, financing and allocation of capital.
• - Marketing, Sales and Customer Development.
• - Leadership, leader coaching, leader group functions, organised development, change management

• - Objective and result steering and controlling, project management

Network 

Keypex AS has an extensive network in Norway and abroad. Our network is used to evaluate projects, and we also incorporate relevant partners with strategic and operational strengths relatively into the appropriate projects.

Through varied forms of partnership and cooperation, our networking partners contribute within different frames of co-investments, time capacity, competence, alliances and critical mass to each separate project.

Organisation

Keypex establishes a project for each assignment with resources from our network. The company is lead by Managing Director Kjell Hilde and has two regular co-workers for project management, design and execution of analysis, research, documentation, reporting with more.
